WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. DERELICT SUBMERSIBLE UNREPORTED, LAST KNOWN POSITION IN 23-37.80S 039-41.10W AT 082207Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
