EASTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. NAMIBIA. DNC 01. F/V PENDUKA BAY DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 25-40.30S 013-50.20E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT AND GIVE A WIDE BERTH.
