1. DERELICT 12 METER VESSEL, BLUE AND WHITE HULL, ADRIFT IN 36-17.0N 012-03.6E AT 161330Z MAY. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROLANT 551/03, AID RESTORED. 3. CANCEL THIS MSG 24 MAY.
