STRAITS OF FLORIDA. WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC. BAHAMAS TO FLORIDA. DNC 15. VESSEL DISABLED FREEPORT, BAHAMAS (26-34.21N 078-41.16W) TO WEST PALM BEACH, FL (26-43.10N 080-01.69W). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC MIAMI, PHONE: 305 415 6800, E-MAIL: RCCMIAMI@USCG.MIL.
