WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. M/V KEN VOYAGER REQUESTING ASSISTANCE IN 08-34.00N 144-48.00E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, EMAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
