WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM M/V BANGA BARTA IN 23-13-11N 134-16-55E AND 16-08-34N 095-52-47E AT 021228Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
