1. F/V ZHELINGYU CAPSIZED IN 29-32N 124-54E. SEVEN PERSONS MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 494/99(71), AID RESTORED. 3. CANCEL HYDROPAC 338/00(62).
