BEARING SEA. ALEUTIAN ISLANDS. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM M/V CAPITOLA VICINITY 53-12N 173-15W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO US COAST GUARD.
