WESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. SOUTHERN MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL. 1. VESSEL GRAND COUNT DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 26-17S 038-02E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1060/13.
