PAPUA NEW GUINEA-EAST COAST. VITIAZ STRAIT. M/V ASPHALT CARRIER DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FALIURE IN 05-36S 146-46E AT 190930Z APR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
