F/V KAI LI SUFFERED ENGINE FAILURE AND ADRIFT VICINITY 36-53S 076-03W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
