GULF OF ADEN. YEMEN. VESSEL, BLUE HULL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED IN VICINITY BALHAF (13-56.98N 048-09.49E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
