13.5 METER VESSEL TAO TOO, WHITE HULL WITH BLUE STRIPE, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE PAITA TO CALLAO. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
