DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 38-31N 121-15E AT 260437Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC HONOLULU, TELEX: 392401, PHONE: 808 541 2500, FAX: 808 541 2123.
