TASMAN SEA. DNC 06. M/V PERPETUAL SUCCOUR REPORTS CREWMAN REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 39-35.4S 168-21.8E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
