SOUTH CHINA SEA. SINGAPORE STRAIT. PIRACY. DNC 03. M/V REPORTS ACT OF PIRACY IN 01-03N 103-40E AT 160230Z APR. VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CLEAR OF THIS POSITION AND TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
