EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 14. VESSEL, THREE PERSONS ON BOARD, IN DISTRESS IN 07-25N 091-16W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC ALAMEDA, TELEX: 230172343, PHONE: 510 437 3701, E-MAIL: RCCALAMEDA@USCG.MIL.
