DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 121.5 MHZ IN 29-05.5N 175-05.5E AT 180713Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD HONOLULU.
