EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 13. F/V MR WIND UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION IN 42-26N 134-28W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC SEATTLE, PHONE: 206 220 7001, FAX: 206 220 7009, E-MAIL: D13CC@USCG.MIL.
