1. NINE METER F/V ORLANDO JOSE II, SIX PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED VICINITY 09-05S 079-23W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1450/02(62), OPERATIONS COMPLETED.
