DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ AT 251649Z AUG IN: A. 31-58-05N 124-47-13E. B. 26-39-55N 149-19-28E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
