TASMAN SEA. NEW ZEALAND. SOUTH ISLAND-NORTHWEST COAST. DNC 06. 1. PORT OF WESTPORT BAR (41-43S 171-35E) OPEN ONLY AT HIGH TIDE AND ONE HOUR EITHER SIDE. RESTRICTIONS WILL BE REVIEWED FOLLOWING BAR SOUNDINGS. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1476/18.
