1. OCEANOGRAPHIC OPERATIONS 04 THRU 14 SEP BY M/V HAKUHO MARU TOWING 4000 METER LONG CABLE IN AREA BOUND BY 12-00N 139-00E, 21-00N 139-00E, 21-00N 141-00E, 18-00N 141-00E, 18-00N 143-30E, 12-00N 143-30E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 15 SEP.
