F/V NEYHEL II, BLUE HULL, FOUR PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 18-16.5S 074-15.4W. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
