EAST CHINA SEA. TAIWAN-NORTH COAST. DNC 23. 1. CABLE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 30 MAY IN AREA BOUND BY 25-53-49N 122-18-31E, 25-34-40N 122-34-53E, 25-27-45N 122-22-17E, 25-48-32N 122-03-09E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 31 MAY 17.
