WESTERN SOUTH PACIFIC. NORFOLK ISLAND. M/V ICEBREAKER DISABLED DUE TO KEEL DAMAGE IN 30-21S 169-02E AT 052338Z JUN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MARITIME OPERATIONS NEW ZEALAND, INMARSAT-C: 451200067, PHONE: 644 914 8333 OR TAUPO MARITIME RADIO.
