INDIAN OCEAN. SOUTH AFRICA TO AUSTRALIA. 14 METER S/V TIANA, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, OVERDUE RICHARDS BAY (28-48S 032-06E) TO FREMANTLE (32-03S 115-45E).
