EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. MEXICO. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM 50 FOOT S/V REFLECTION, WHITE AND RED STRIPE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, IN 26-17.2N 113-38.4W.
