      25-47N 129-15E, 26-15N 129-15E,
      26-15N 129-45E, 26-12N 130-25E,
      25-45N 130-25E, 25-45N 129-30E.
   C. BETWEEN 21-00N 22-00N AND 131-00E 133-30E.
   D. WITHIN 30 MILES OF 23-45N 128-45E.
   WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
