19 FOOT VESSEL, WHITE HULL, EIGHT PERSONS ON BOARD,
OVERDUE NISSAN ISLAND (04-33S 154-15E) TO BUKA ISLAND
(05-13S 154-35E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO
KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO
