DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ VICINITY 35-50.63N 126-32.45E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
