   AT 150237Z OCT, APPROXIMATELY 180 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST
   OF THE SEYCHELLES. THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY OF
   ATTACKS IN THIS AREA FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 24 TO 48 HRS.
   WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR
   PIRATE ACTIVITY WITHIN SOMALI BASIN.
