1. MERCHANT VESSEL REPORTED HIJACKED IN 01-33S 054-52E
   AT 150237Z OCT, APPROXIMATELY 180 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST
   OF THE SEYCHELLES. THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY OF
   ATTACKS IN THIS AREA FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 24 TO 48 HRS.
   WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR
   PIRATE ACTIVITY WITHIN SOMALI BASIN.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 17 OCT.
