INDONESIA. BANDA SEA. DNC 04. F/V SUKBAR DISABLED DUE TO ENGINE DAMAGE BETWEEN WOWONI ISLAND (04-05S 123-05E) AND MANUI ISLAND (03-35S 123-05E) AT 100600Z JUN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
