NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 24. MULTIPLE RED FLARES SIGHTED IN 51-56.57N 164-37.00E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO US COAST GUARD, PHONE: 907 463 2000.
