RED FLARE SIGHTED VICINITY 12-07.3S 130-07.1E AT 211400Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC AUSTRALIA, TELEX: 716 2025, PHONE: 612 6230 6811, FAX: 612 6230 6868.
