1. SURVEY OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL 20 JAN BY M/V ZEPHYR I TOWING 6500 METER LONG CABLE IN AREA BOUND BY 43-28N 145-57E, 43-48N 145-42E, 44-15N 146-09E, 44-25N 146-58E, 45-30N 149-05E, 45-00N 149-35E. 3.5 MILE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1948/03. 3. CANCEL THIS MSG 21 JAN 04.
