DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM
43 FOOT F/V SOUTHERN DESTINY, WHITE HULL,
BETWEEN VANUATU (17-45S 168-18E) AND
SAMOA (13-50S 171-45W). VESSELS IN VICINITY
REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST
