DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 10-21.0N 139-16.7E AT 300501Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO U.S. COAST GUARD GUAM.
