TAIWAN-SOUTHEAST COAST. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED IN 21-55.7N 122-06.9E AT 050416Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
