EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 13. RED FLARE SIGHTED IN 24-52N 152-20W AT 221103Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JRCC HONOLULU, TELEX: 392401, PHONE: 808 541 2500, FAX: 808 541 2123.
