40 FOOT VESSEL ON FIRE AND SINKING IN 23-04.6N 059-58.3E ON 23 DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
