PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. AIRCRAFT DITCHED IN 15-51.6N 137-54.0E AUG AT 041200Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO RCC GUAM, PHONE: 671 355 4824, E-MAIL: RCCGUAM@USCG.MIL.
