43 METER F/V KAP FARVEL, BLACK HULL, SINKING VICINITY 41-00S 141-03E AT 160001Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
