VICINITY 01-09.5N 103-30.0E AT 041330Z DEC.
A BOAT CONTINUED APPROACHING AT HIGH SPEED
EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS EVASIVE MEASURES.
ALARM WAS RAISED AND CREW WAS ON STANDBY.
VESSELS ADVISED TO MAINTAIN ANTI-PIRACY
WATCHES. ALL SUSPICIOUS OR UNEXPLAINED CRAFT
MOVEMENTS OR PIRACY ATTACKS SHOULD BE REPORTED
IMMEDIATELY TO THE NEAREST RCC, NATIONAL OR
REGIONAL PIRACY CENTER OR THE NEAREST POINT
ON THE COAST WITH WHICH THEY CAN COMMUNICATE.
