   01-18.2N 104-12.0E AT 191945Z DEC.
   DUTY OFFICER RAISED THE ALARM AND PIRATES
   ESCAPED WITH STOLEN VESSEL'S STORES.
   CAUTION ADVISED.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 06 JAN 10.
