AUSTRALIA-EAST COAST. 12 METER M/V PERLIN, WHITE HULL, ONE PERSON ON BOARD, UNREPORTED ROSSLYN BAY (23-09S 150-47E) TO PORT CLINTON (22-30S 150-45E).
