SOUTHWESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. DNC 02. F/V JUI DER NUMBER 16 ADRIFT AND ON FIRE IN 30-59S 039-27E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
