SOUTH CHINA SEA. PHILIPPINE SEA. 17000 TON M/V NASCO DIAMOND, 25 PERSONS ON BOARD, UNREPORTED. LAST KNOWN POSITION 21-05N 123-50E AT 091200Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
