SOUTH CHINA SEA. INDONESIA. 71 METER BARGE BINA MARINE 16 OVERDUE SAMPIT KALIMANTAN (02-32S 112-59E). LAST KNOWN POSITION 02-15S 109-20E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
