SOUTH CHINA SEA. MALAYSIA. PIRACY. DNC 03, DNC 11. VESSEL REPORTS ACT OF PIRACY IN 02-20.9N 104-56.1E ON 18 AUG. VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP CLEAR OF THIS POSITION AND TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION.
